So after this predicament I suggested we call our HR team in Dubai let them change our booking with the agency and see what will see ... truly impressed with how efficiently they managed to get us a new booking on a different airline an hour away from our original flight ... amazing effort really I want to thank Mai Al Ghafri for her prompt response and her concern to facilitate our trip absolutely amazing effort thank you Mai ...
Another issue, Ameera from HTC, her booking was done separate not with DEWA team ... so we had to book her a new ticket, unfortunately we couldn't find her a seat on the same flight Mai booked us ... The first spot was at 3 pm !!!! We didn't know what to do now! We can't leave her back she's too young to travel alone and her dad and mom entrusted us to take care of her ... so Taha booked her a ticket and we had to run to check in .. taha being the awesome he is stayed with her to see .. refusing to give up .. as I advised them to call her dad and her agency and thank God they got her a ticket on our flight..
